Animals and Children have got a special sixth sense that is there for their protection. Both alike can easily pick up the feelings toward a person, either siding up, or withdraw. It is a phenomena I have witnessed time and time again, by working close with them for most of my life time.

By spending more than 20 years working with animals on different farms, where some farmers struggle to get the herd moving forward, there is a simple trick, by calling and walking up front of the herd and instead having them following you. Interesting and this is but one way.

There is another way to move a herd, not many knows about, and that is just giving out a special call and they will all come running up to you. Try it, if you can. It always worked for me, even on the first visit to a strange farm.
